SMOKE ALARMS
We install alarms to comply with laws requiring hard wired and/or battery operated smoke alarms.
IMPACT WINDOW GLAZING
We install safety film to meet requirements for sliding glass doors that are not tempered glass.
SEISMIC GAS SHUT-OFF VALVES
We install “Earthquake Valves” to comply with laws to prevent fire or explosion in earthquakes.
WATER HEATER SEISMIC STRAPPING
We anchor water heaters to comply with laws to prevent gas, electrical or water hazard in earthquakes.
WATER CONSERVATION
We Install devices to meet water conservation requirements for bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS
We install alarms to comply with state law requiring alarms in homes, apartments and condos.
Our goal is to provide total Customer Satisfaction.
We work together with the Real Estate Community, including the agents, escrow officers, property managers and property owners. We inspect, identify and satisfy mandatory safety regulations and water conservation codes for California.
These codes are safety laws and water conservation ordinances, that are required at “point of sale,” for homes, Apartment Buildings and Commercial Buildings. They are listed on the Real Estate purchase contract under mandatory government requirements. Please call with any questions. 800-450-3660
We satisfy the retrofitting codes and conditions of the escrow, by only installing what is required. Protecting public safety, and respecting water conservation laws.
If nothing is required after inspection, we provide the DWP Certificate of compliance for water conservation, and the inspection report for the safety ordinances to Escrow. We have been the trusted partner to thousands of successfully closed Escrows since 1996.
